c) Only unpublished articles will be accepted for publication.

d) All correspondence will be directed solely to the principal author.

e) Authors must be listed in order of relevance according to their contribution to the scientific article.

f) The final version of the article must be submitted to the SIC-UES offices in digital format. Submitting a printed version is optional; however, this process must be reported to the following email address: revista.minerva@ues.edu.sv. It is recommended that submissions be made via email.

g) CE-Minerva will submit received articles to a Double-Blind Peer Review process, involving both national and international reviewers.

h) CE-Minerva reserves the right to approve, reject, or suggest modifications for the publication of a scientific article, based on the outcome of the external peer review process.

i) Once the reviewer’s suggested corrections have been sent to the principal author, they must address the observations and submit a revised version. Authors have the right to refute reviewer comments, but these must be submitted in writing and supported by updated scientific evidence.

j) Articles submitted by national or international authors with no direct affiliation with the University of El Salvador must include publication authorization from the institution funding the research, when applicable.

k) Authors will be held responsible for any conflicts arising from the authorship of the work or from third parties related to the content published in the Minerva Journal, both print and digital, which are not covered in these regulations.
