Why should Journalists know the English Language

Abstract

I do not mean to interfere in the field of the journalists, professionals I admire and respect for the job they do. Yet, I believe it is appropriate to write the following lines to reflect on the importance of learning the English language for the specialists in the field. I write this article from my experience in the field of teaching English language. I would like this article to be taken as my particular contribution, from my profesional vision, and not as an endedjournalistic article. Aseries ofthoughts on the advantages and opportunities that knowing the English Language are presented.
