Generalidades de la Andragogía

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe andragogic science and its use in the classroom. It was intended to refer as little as possible to pedagogy because the aim was not to make comparisons, but to illustrate, as far as possible, the differences with respect to adult education at the university level. However, what is necessary to point out is that the cons of pedagogy are the strengths and opportunities of andragogy. After the definition of the term and the presentation of different andragogos that have contributed to andragogy, this document was structured in such a way as to allow the reader to locate, in a natural order, each part to achieve a correct implementation of andragogical praxis based on the corresponding andragogic principles
