The processes of social transformation demand as a conditional, the participation as a participating democracy exercise. These variability as object of study are significant in their analysis of the XXI century. A context that evidences its update and the reconfiguration of its form and content within the sociocultural dynamic, whereby the whole society traverses this work is focused in analizing from the theoric-methodology contemporany referent, an actual look of it necessity. From this perspective it is prentended to value the public politics as converted and inclusive practice of the society. These arguments that will be debated from a cientific point of view, will concede to the democratic practice, a necessary and united decision to achieve the welfare of the society likewise, it aim to represent a conjunct of elements that can outfit the individual and human collective sense to answer with rapidity and innovation for this exercise of power to strengthen the real processes of participant democracy and guarantee the interest of human society.
