Its aim is to promote the global exchange of scientific and academic knowledge by removing economic, technical, or legal barriers to access.

The journal does not charge fees for submission, processing, or publication of articles, nor does it offer financial compensation to authors. By submitting their work, authors grant the journal the right to publish, while retaining their copyright under the terms of the applicable license. Likewise, reviewers participate in the peer-review process voluntarily and without monetary compensation, reaffirming their commitment to ethical standards and academic excellence.
