An important consortium has been established uniting the journal Aquaciencia (from the University of El Salvador) with The Ibero-American Journal Environment & Sustainability (RIAS). This collaboration seeks to strengthen the dissemination of knowledge and promote research on environmental education, among other things.
Currently, RIAS is a consolidated publication of the State University of the South of Manabí (UNESUM), which operates in close alliance with the Ibero-American Environmental Network (REIMA, A.C.) and the Pan American Foundation for International Cooperation for Sustainable Development (PAFICSD). Together, these journals work in a network to promote environmental development and international cooperation.
