Del sindicalismo de base al Movimiento de Agrupaciones Clasistas en Argentina. Politizando los conflictos para crear una nueva hegemonía.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the basic trade unionism in Argentina, its resurgence in Argentina during the governments of N. Kirchner (2003 - 2007) and C. Kirchner (2007 - 2011). It is a case study in the socio-economic formation of Argentina in the period and the role of grassroots syndicalism, from its beginnings until its transformation into the Movement of Clases Clasistas (MAC) within the framework of a new political situation of an end of the cycle of a heterogeneous set of "post-neoliberal" governments and right turn in the political superstructure that is manifested for example in the triumph of Mauricio Macri in the presidential elections of the end of 2015. Our hypothesis is that the grassroots unionism first and The MAC are then starting points to be articulated to the political-party struggle through the Socialist Workers Party (PTS) and the Left and Workers Front (FIT), politicizing the conflicts that express the potential to create a new hegemony in Gramscian terms. The work has two dimensions, the first is an empirical research on the Kirchnerist period and the second presents the specificities of this reconfiguration of Argentine unionism at its base. We make a balance of the literature in relation to these two dimensions and the theoretical categories are explained to the extent that they are used. We conclude with a brief conclusion.
