Memoria VI del Simposio de investigación científica

Abstract

The Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, together with the Secretariat of Scientific Research, developed the VI SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM under the slogan “The participation of women and youth in Salvadoran rurality in the face of climate change, security and food and nutritional sovereignty ”, during Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 August 2022. The activity was developed with the objective of opening a meeting space between the scientific research of the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences of the University of El Salvador and different actors of national and international life, to publicize the results of the scientific work that contributes solve economic, social and environmental problems. The investigations presented were grouped into three thematic areas: 1) Participation of rural women in productive agricultural and agro-industrial activity; 2) Youth with intergenerational integration; 3) The rural family and community organizations as key agents in the face of food and nutrition security and sovereignty.
