Abstract

Imagine for a moment a mountain so high and steep that only a few people can climb it. Reaching its summit requires years of physical preparation, discipline, and knowledge of the terrain. Those who manage to begin the ascent move slowly along its trails, and as they gain elevation, they begin to take in increasingly broader and more breathtaking landscapes. However, although many people would love to admire those views, for most, the mere thought of climbing the mountain can feel overwhelming. The mountain is immense and complex, and without a clear guide, few people even know where to begin.
