Abstract

In this edition of Revista Derecho, studies and articles with novelties are presented. On the one hand, there are topics of great relevance in the national legal field, one of which has been written by a student from the School of Legal Sciences. On the other hand, for the first time, we are including an article of great significance in the field of international relations.

Evelyn Beatriz Farfán Mata, Universidad de El Salvador

Decana de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de El Salvador, Periodo 2015-2019. Docente de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de El Salvador, desde 1997 a la fecha. Abogada y Notaria de la República. Licenciada en Ciencias Jurídicas por la Universidad de El Salvador, 1993-1999. Máster en Derecho Pluralista Público y Privado por la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, 2002-2004. Doctora en Derecho por la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, 2002-2006.
