The conflicts of laws in the opening of succession in the Roman legal system

This developed research tries to solve the issue of the plurality of successions that happens in the opening of inheritance cause there is a conflict of laws internationally, where there is a double acceptance of inheritance. The solution is studied from the perspective of comparative law analyzing about legal provisions from 13 foreign countries most influential in the civil legal system.
