Abstract

To carry out an analysis that allows for a technical and scientific discussion of the elements that contribute to the formation of this new educational scenario in which information and communication technologies play an important role, and to make technical and academic revaluations so that the active and proactive agents of the university society clearly assume the challenges posed by virtual learning environments and the commitment they have so that they guarantee the academic quality of students, without misgivings and finally move from the information society to the knowledge society. Without denying the importance of the past and without resisting the value of the present and the beauty of the future.
