Abstract

We present a new edition of Revista Derecho, an academic platform for the dissemination of the thoughts of academics from the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences, as well as legal professionals, covering current topics and contributing to the scientific discourse in the national legal field.

    Directora de la Escuela de Ciencias Jurídicas de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de El Salvador, Periodo 2011-2015. Docente de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de El Salvador, desde 1997 a la fecha. Abogada y Notaria de la República. Licenciada en Ciencias Jurídicas por la Universidad de El Salvador, 1993-1999. Máster en Derecho Pluralista Público y Privado por la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, 2002-2004. Doctora en Derecho por la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, 2002-2006.
