Abstract

The Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences, in its effort to promote, produce, and disseminate academic content through Revista Derecho, is pleased to present a new edition for the year 2018. This prestigious publication contains articles that, due to their diversity of subjects in legal sciences, will undoubtedly generate interest and attention among the student, teaching, and professional community. This aims to increase knowledge about current issues and stimulate a debate about the evolution of certain legal institutions and theories, particularly in the context of Latin American regions and, of course, within our own national reality.

Author Biography

  • Luis Eduardo Ayala Figueroa, Universidad de El Salvador

    Graduated in Legal Sciences and Master in Political Sciences, during the recent years to the publication of this article he served as Coordinator of the Research Unit of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the University of El Salvador. He is currently a University Professor in the Chairs of Political Science and State Theory. Coordinator of the Master of Political Sciences and Public Management of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the University of El Salvador.
