A sweet longevity

Honey is a natural and delicious product appreciated since ancient times for providing longevity to its consumers. One of the producing species are honey bees, which collect nectar from flowers and turn it into honey; a natural sweetener that provides multiple benefits due to its unique properties. This delicious sustenance is threatened by the reduction of forest areas, increased urbanization, the use of land for agriculture and the use of pesticides; environmental impacts that contribute to the decline of bee populations and their productivity in the region.
