In this edition of Revista Derecho, the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the University of El Salvador, through its editorial seal, incorporates valuable research articles from our academic staff, children of this house of studies, students and of friends of this; in which, with scientific rigor, they reflect on current and important issues; Therefore, we do not doubt that they constitute an important contribution to the national legal community.

Author Biography

  • Hugo Dagoberto Pineda Argueta, Universidad de El Salvador

    He is a tenured professor of Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law; Administrative Law, Administrative Procedural Law at the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the University of El Salvador; Director of the School of Legal Sciences of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the University of El Salvador, Bachelor of Legal Sciences, Master in Judicial Law, Master in Economic Criminal Law; Diploma in various branches of Law, Consultant in Labor and Administrative Law, Alternate Judge, Lawyer and Notary Public of the Republic.
