Abstract

The Research Unit of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences is pleased to present a new special edition of the Revista Derecho, a publication developed on this occasion in academic collaboration with the Doctoral Program in Government and Public Policy at the University of Costa Rica.

This joint effort represents an important step toward the internationalization of our academic publications and reaffirms the commitment of the University of El Salvador to the generation and dissemination of scientific knowledge through strategic partnerships with foreign universities.

Author Biography

  • Odaly Lissette Sánchez de Rodríguez, Universidad de El Salvador

    Investigadora en ciencias jurídicas y ciencia política. Máster en Ciencia Política y Gestión Pública. Licenciada en Ciencias Jurídicas, abogada y notaria de la República de El Salvador. Coordinadora de la Unidad de Investigación y directora de la Editorial Aequus de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de El Salvador. Editora de la Revista Derecho y miembro del Consejo Editorial de la Revista Relaciones Internacionales de la UES. Representante ante el Consejo Ejecutivo de Investigaciones Científicas (CEI-UES). Se ha especializado en Derecho constitucional, organización del Estado, instituciones políticas y análisis de políticas públicas, con enfoque en gobernanza y dinámicas institucionales. Experiencia en docencia de posgrado, investigación y consultoría en distintos contextos.
