Abstract

Learning is a fundamental necessity; humans constantly learn, discover, modify, or reaffirm what they have learned. A formal tool of knowledge is higher education and scientific research. In addition to being one of its essential goals, education is an instrument through which it contributes to improving life in society. A university that does not engage in research becomes less of a university over time. The academic staff at any institution of higher education is obligated to conduct research and record their findings. By doing so, they contribute to the growth of their alma mater and themselves, becoming a reference or source of inspiration for students in general and their own students in particular.

Profesor titular de Derecho Constitucional, de Derecho Internacional Público, Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario; Derecho Administrativo, Derecho Procesal Administrativo en la Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de El Salvador; Director de la Escuela de Ciencias Jurídicas de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de El Salvador, Licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas, Master en Derecho Judicial, Master en Derecho Penal Económico; Diplomado en diversas ramas del Derecho, Consultor en Derecho Laboral y Administrativo, Juez suplente, Abogado y Notario de la República.
