Abstract

Una cuidadosa lectura de estos documentos orientará a los estudios del tema, quienes repararán, sin duda, en la conveniencia de armonizar ambos instrumentos el Reglamento del Consejo Económico Centroamericano y el proyecto de protocolo preparado por ODECA- a efecto de evitar duplicidad normativa v posibles conflictos entre las propias normas procesales.
