El Artículo 183 de la Constitución de 1950
Abstract
El artículo 183 de la Constitución, no sólo nos anuncia el advenimiento de una legislación sobre trabajo, sino que nos da a conocer además la finalidad que debe perseguir esa legislación, la filosofía que deberá informarla y los principios generales en que deberá basarse.
