La Vicerrectoría Académica de la Universidad de El Salvador, a través de la Editorial Universitaria, busca renovar e impulsar uno de los proyectos más emblemáticos de la historia intelectual universitaria: la revista La Universidad, fundada en 1875 bajo la dirección del Dr. Esteban Castro. Desde entonces, la revista se ha encargado de divulgar ideas y discursos estéticos, científicos y culturales producidos en nuestra alma máter.
