Abstract
La Vicerrectoría Académica de la Universidad de El Salvador, a través de la Editorial Universitaria, busca renovar e impulsar uno de los proyectos más emblemáticos de su historia: la revista La Universidad, fundada en 1875 bajo la dirección del Dr. Esteban Castro. Desde entonces, la revista se ha encargado de divulgar los discursos estéticos, científicos y culturales producidos en nuestra alma máter. Con esto, se reitera el compromiso que tiene la Universidad de El Salvador como partícipe directa de las transformaciones sociales del país y de su realidad histórica.
