This paper presents a review of the text “International Standards and Jurisprudential Criteria Applicable to Salvadoran Reproductive Justice” by Danny Obed Portillo Aguilar. It analyzes the different contexts and legal frameworks (national and international), proposes definitions, explains and demonstrates the scope of various standards regarding reproductive justice, and various jurisprudential criteria. Finally, it puts forward the need for reparation, encompassing both full reparation and guarantees of non-repetition. The text has been formulated in an educational and systematic manner, making it accessible to both specialized and non-specialized readers.
