Abstract
Trataré de hacer un análisis crítico que permita arribar a conclusiones de naturaleza general y propicien una construcción dinámica permanente de la Universidad que necesitamos, sobre bases objetivas reales, con validez científica y social Al referirme a una construcción dinámica permanente, dejo por sentada la premisa de que los roles de la Universidad y su Misión Histórica son cambiantes y obedecen a los procesos evolutivos de las sociedades
