Los "CONTRAS" no fueron derrotados en la cumbre: "...ya estaban aniquilados"
Abstract
El régimen sandinista ha aceptado realizar importantísimas concesiones políticas, en la histórica cumbre de presidentes centroamericanos, que finalizó el 14 de febrero, en el Departamento de La Paz, Republica de El Salvador, a cambio de que fa declaración de los mandatarios sentencie el final y la "muerte" de los "contras" nicaragüenses.
