UN DOCUMENTO JURIDICO DEL SIGLO XVIII
Abstract
Hace algunos años, revisando los archivos de la Catedral de Santa Ana, encontré una serie de documentos de carácter jurídico: testamentos, contratos de compraventa, de arrendamiento, de prestación de servicios, etc., así como diversos juicios seguidos ante el Juez Eclesiástico, único que hasta la separación de la Iglesia y el Estado tenía a su cargo impartir justicia.
