All users have free access to published articles on a global and unrestricted basis. Thus, published materials are available free of charge online. Revista La Universidad does NOT charge any fee for publishing, reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing and using the materials for any legal purpose without financial, legal or technical barriers under the Creative Commons CC BY NC SA 4.0 license.
