This is an Oral History study about the organization Orquídeas del Mar, carried out through conversations with some of the sex workers who are part of it. Through the individual and collective memory of the life experiences of these women, the story has been obtained that gives an account of the organization that represents them and the forms that the sale of sexual services has in Salvadoran society. By organizing these workers, they managed to be united, to claim their needs and problems; They also managed to promote their fight for the recognition of their labor rights and the elimination of social denigration of their work. This research shows a before and after of Sea Orchids, regarding the place they found, where they are supported and protected, where they are not criticized or criticized with other stereotypes
