This special edition has been written by students of the International Relations program within the framework of the specialization course in "Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) in development projects" under the coordination of Dr. Lisandro Pérez Hernández. The research presented here not only attests to the talent and dedication of our students but also represents a significant contribution to the field of development and international cooperation.
Aequus Editorial is the publishing label of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the University of El Salvador and is available to national and international students, researchers, and teachers for the publication of books, articles, working papers, and academic production in general.
Scientific / academic articles, presentations, and jurisprudence studies that have not been previously published or submitted to another academic journal are accepted for publication.
