La didáctica grupal en entornos virtuales
Un estudio netnográfico en educación superior

The following investigation paper narrates about the description about how group didactics is carried out in virtual environments of higher education. Faced with the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, education had to be carried out virtually, which was a challenge to adapt group teaching to virtual spaces. The approach method was quali-quantitative, with a type of ethnographic study (netnography). The techniques were the field log or journal, the documentary research and the survey. The main result is that there were substantial improvements in the group in terms of interaction, integration and knowledge of them, as well as learning new knowledge and professional skills resulting from professional socialization and group activities and tasks performed.
