Strategy for professional development of managers for the integration of ICT

To accompany the innovation and transformation processes, an updated management team is required, aware of what is happening, open to promoting the implementations of projects that include Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). It is also necessary to accommodate institutional times and spaces that favor networking and collaboration. The objective of the article is to reflect on the professional development of managers in the distance modality. Different methods at the theoretical level were used that made it possible to interpret facts and data, analyze the information and specify different approaches that allow reaching a level of generalization about professional improvement, particularly for managers
