Abstract
The current dynamics that drive the efficient and effective management of the different development interventions make it necessary to rethink the ways of managing and making international cooperation operational. These forms have been instrumentalized through various methodologies that have had a response over time to the different social and economic situations that make us reflect on how development projects and programs should be managed, even more so in a post-pandemic period like the current one.
