Abstract

Nowadays, analyzing the international scenario in all its spheres becomes increasingly complex. International relations stopped developing exclusively between States, as other global non-state actors are also immersed in this dynamic. This international scenario is crossed by constant tensions between conflict and cooperation, due to the persistence of underdevelopment in different regions of the world and the strategic struggle between great powers such as China, the United States and others, which dispute spaces of global hegemony. The world faces major challenges that cross borders, such as the environmental crisis, social inequality and the increasingly influential role of technology corporations. Understanding these phenomena requires a thorough analysis not only from theory, but also case studies and critical reflections on them, which transcend the traditional limits of the study of the international environment.
