Abstract

In Revista Derecho Vol. 7 (2023), the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the University of El Salvador, through its publishing label Aequus, incorporates valuable articles by its academic staff, foreign jurists and children of this house of studies; each one of them, with scientific rigor, reflect, analyze and propose current and transcendental topics; so we have no doubt that they constitute an important contribution in the construction and analysis of knowledge in favor of the legal community.
