Abstract

In this edition of Revista Derecho, the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at the University of El Salvador, through its publishing label Aequus, includes valuable articles and a paper based on research by our academic staff and foreign legal scholars, friends of this institution. These works, with scientific rigor, reflect, analyze, and propose current and significant legal topics. We have no doubt that they constitute a new and important contribution to the legal community in general and to ours in particular.

    Decano de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Máster en Derecho Judicial, Máster en Derecho Penal Económico, especialista en Derecho administrativo, diplomado en diversas ramas del Derecho, consultor en Derecho Laboral y Administrativo, abogado y notario de la República.
