Vol. 8 No. 1 (2026): Revista Relaciones Internacionales

Volume VIII (2026) of Revista Relaciones Internacionales, published by the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the University of El Salvador, brings together eight academic articles that examine the transformations of the contemporary international landscape from diverse theoretical and geographical perspectives. This edition addresses topics such as cultural diplomacy and the repatriation of historical heritage, urban gentrification, energy security, illicit economies and armed conflicts, geopolitical competition among major powers, tensions in the Middle East, state policies addressing declining birth rates, and the growing strategic importance of the Arctic. Collectively, these studies contribute to understanding power dynamics, global challenges, and emerging configurations of international relations, while fostering critical reflection and academic debate.
