Abstract

The School of International Relations of the University of El Salvador, in a spirit of academic excellence through the promotion of research, intends to provide a contribution to the dynamic analysis that the international reality requires, giving way to this journal as a channel of dissemination of the work of its students, teachers and professionals who, due to a particular desire for academic growth, analyze various phenomena that directly affect the international evolution, and that ultimately have an impact on people's lives.
