The works gathered here address contemporary issues of national and international law through theoretical, normative, and practical approaches aimed at strengthening legal research, critical thinking, and the culture of justice in El Salvador and the region.

Scientific / academic articles, presentations, and jurisprudence studies that have not been previously published or submitted to another academic journal are accepted for publication.
